Hi Team,

Can you please answer below query:

Why we allow customers to have an Action tab on some reports (All Alerts, HW Alerts, SW Alerts, etc), but not to LDOS.

Hi Shrutika,

LDOS alerts are essentially HW "lifecycle" Alerts.  Hence, you can perform such things as "alert management" on those alerts.
