Hello everybody.
We have SG200-08 switches, and two of them we can't access by their default IP and no ping to 192.168.1.254.
After first booting, system LED doesn't blinking, but there is no DHCP server, and switch could not get IP.
So, I have reset them (30 seconds press reset button), but no result.
At this situation can I update/upgrade firmware?
Thanks in advance

Can you try below things,
1. hold reset button 30 seconds and wait 6-8 minutes and try to ping the 192.168.1.254.
2. if not pinging , try tftpd software in your computer and create dhcp server in your pc and try resetting the switch again with connectivity to your computer. and check whether it is getting IP address
3. after switch boot up use the IP scanner to scan your network within 192.168.1.0-192.168.1.255 range search switch.
Regards.

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team. I apologize for the inconvenience with this unit.
can you let me know if the issue got fixed, i would like to clarify was the system light blinking or not? if it was blinking this means that the unit is running on its default ip address which is 192.168.1.254/24 so one step you could try is to set up a static ip address on a computer on the same range of the switch for example 192.168.1.100/24 and then try to access the web utility, test if the switch is responding by opening a cmd on your computer and ping the default ip address.
After this if you are not able to access it, you can try a factory reset by holding the reset button for about 30 seconds and then test again the ping command.
