Cisco SG 500 Series - Firware Issue

Hi,

 

Just suddenly 5 of our switches got crashed by themselves. it started to reboot and could not find the image file. the system light is blinking and no interface is working at all. Is there any kind of bug and suddenly the image's time is over? I am starting to lose confidence in the SG-Series. Attached is the pictures of the issue. if someone has the solution then please send it to

seems like image is corrupted. you have to re install firmware using xmodem,

All switches part of the stack ? or standalone.

 

Try resetting the device to the factory :

 

Turn off the device, remove all the connections - connected to the switch,

Hold the switch Reset button on the front of the switch for 15 to 20 seconds until all port LEDs glow. The switch reboots.

use your PC and connect one of the ports - see did you get DHCP IP from switch to use Web GUI to configure again.

 

if that works -  Download the latest firmware  1.4.X and install as per the document :

Switch image is deleted you need to download it from the xmodem from your pc to switch

you need to download the image from the cisco site.
