Cisco SG350 encounters LED light blinking continuously

We encounter LED system light has blinking continuously on sg350 

What is the cause? and How to fix it?

what LED ? system LED ?

Did you turn off and Turn on the device ? (chcek any console output)

if all tried still issue try factory reset and reconfigure, also try upgrade firmware to latest.

check the LED status :
