Exec-timeout command missing

I hope this is a general question and its hard to word the question to search online. Here is my console port config:

line con 0
session-timeout 30
logging synchronous
login authentication CONSOLE
stopbits 1

I am currently unable to console into this switch. The difference i see between this and the multitude of others that work is there is exec-timeout 10 1 it missing, see below:

session-timeout 30
exec-timeout 10 1
logging synchronous
login authentication CONSOLE
stopbits 1

Would this be the reason why it seems my username and password are correct yet the switch immediately kicks me out?

That is for Console (exec-timeout MINUTES SECONDS)

check your SSH connection should be ok, check any VTY likes stucked, show users give you information.
