Use the command "delete /f /r flash:update" to delete the "update" subdirectory.
After the subdirectory is erased, run the "archive download-sw" again.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to compare the MD5 hash value of the TAR file downloaded from The Cisco website against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website. The MD5 hash values must match or the file is corrupt.

Post the complete output to the command "dir flash:".
