How to create a LAN QoS for VoIP telephony solution using the SF300-48P

Can you please help on how to setup QoS parameters for IP phone end points that are having issues dropping packets, etc  when calling the public network.

But in my experience, you issue is probably either misconfiguration on firewall or upstream provider or packet loss on WAN link.
