I have a Cisco SF 300-24pp switch. All the switches are connected in sequence, with the last one connected to the ISP modem. I want to configure the switch, but my console cable is not functioning due to it having a male console end and a female RJ45 end. I tried accessing the switch using the default IP address, 192.168.1.254, in a web browser, but it appears that the IP address has been changed. How can I determine the new IP address of the switch?

If the switch out of the box that should work, until any one configured already.
Try to reset to factory and try same option using Quick start guide :

Wireshark port of your Switch to have information about the new IP.

- From a neighbor connected switch issue the command : show cdp neighbors detail
