Hello, I've been having some issues with our Cisco Business 350 Switch.
I had recently come back from a travel trip and went to connect to the switch CLI via a serial connection with Putty and the connection didn't work. I tried every baud rate starting from 115200 all the way back to 1200 and that didn't work. The switch needed to be fully powered down to get the port working again. This is the second time this switch has done this and didn't know if it was something that I had in the configuration that would be causing this issue or if it was hardware related.
Secondly, I've got the error below as well every time I remove an ACL from a VLAN. Assigning it initially is fine, but every time I remove the ACL the switch bricks.

Has anyone experienced this error before? If so, is there a fix with the configuration or does this switch have some hardware issue?
