memory upgrade

I need to ask about the availability to upgrade the memory of the below devices i have :

 

 1- have 2 Switches 24 PORTS CATALYST 2960 - X SERIES GigE PoE 370W 4 X 1G SFP LAN Base (WS-C2960X-24PS-L)  128 mb flash memory and 512 dram ( can i upgrade the memory of my switches ? if yes whats the maximum memory should i use ? also is it has free slots inside to install more memory?

 

2- C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M1

512mb of ram -

255488K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash 0 (Read/Write)

255488K (256MB)

255K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory

 

whats the maximum mamory for upgrade ? and there is free slots or i should remove the current and install the new one?

Look at the URL provided ealier post 2911 model you have RAM and Flash information.

if the device Model C2960-X then that is maximum you have already.

what about the router that i have ? can i upgrade it ?

Since you have mentioned only C2900 ( that is the model of product, you have not mentioned what is the full model, i can not suggest what can be done)

DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
