I performed a System Reset yesterday on my Cisco SG-300-10 Switch. But isn´t working after reset! System Green Led keeps flashing. I am going crazy. It has worked perfect until yesterday. Why is a reset everytime a problem???

- Could mean that it is using the default ip address being 192.168.1.254

Hello, thank you. But how can I fix this problem? I don´t have access to the menu interface. Cable connectors flashing green for a short time and led off after that. Do I have to connect it first to my PC oder Router? I´ve tried to connect my PC with the IP 192.168.1.250 but the switch doesn´t works. Green led goes of.

@serkan57 hi, flashing green means its searching for the DHCP server to get an IP. same time you can use 192.168.1.254 as a management IP for the switch. on reset process switch removes all configurations and thats why its searching for new IP.
