One particular port is showing
%LINK-W-DOWN
No other ports are having any issues. Is this likely to be the switch? Or the device connected to that port?

Could you please give more details?
What is connecting to the port? If you connect a different device to that port, does the issue persist? If you swap out wires connecting to that port, is there a change? Is the port shut down or suspended?

Sorry my mistake. it seems that the problem follows the connected device. That seems to indicate that it's the device and not the switch. By the time I check the port, it's back up, but the logs show that it was down for a time.

I'm noticing that this is occurring on multiple FE ports on the switch. This is leading me to believe that it's NOT the devices, but the switch itself. Ideas?

First thing, make sure the switch is on 1.2.7.76 firmware.
Second, verify the port connection, try manually setting the port to 100 full duplex instead of auto negotiate.
You may also notice, the switch has energy efficient settings. After an amount of time the port will go to 'sleep mode'. You can disable the Green ethernet (EEE) settings if you like. Additionally, you should confirm spanning tree port fast (edge port) is negotiating for connected clients (computers). Otherwise it may take 20-60 seconds for the port to even come up to show connectivity.

I will upgrade the firmware (only 1.1.2.0 at the moment)
I have also changed the port to 100M (no auto)
I've also changed the GREEN option to disabled.
I will let you know the outcome
