Dear all,
we installed a new switch SG200-26P at customer side. It is connected as uplink to an existing SF200, with which they had no issue at all. Configuration is exactly the same.
SG200-26P has the latest firmware 1.4.1.3 and boot 1.3.5.6.
Sadly, it happen that the attached IP Phones SPA504 are rebooting randomly. IP phones have the latest firmware 7.5.6a. In the reboot reasons I have:
Reboot History
Reboot Reason 1: VLAN Changed(06/24/2015 12:40:57)
Reboot Reason 2: VLAN Changed(06/24/2015 05:28:37)
Reboot Reason 3: System 4(06/23/2015 12:59:48)
Reboot Reason 4: Provisioning(01/01/2003 12:00:00)
Reboot Reason 5:

VLAN 1 is for Data, VLAN2 for Guest, VLAN100 for VOIP. VOIP DHCP server is located on the IPPBX UC540-BRI-K9. No issues with the IP Phones connected to the existing SF200, only on this SG200.
Do you have any clue what is happening?
Thank you!
Best regards

What does your switch config look like? Ae you using auto smartports and macros? Those are nothing but headaches for me so I suggest to issue the global command: macro auto disabled and just configure the ports the way you like.
At least turn of auto smartports on the trunk link and hard code that.

Hi Brandon,
thanks for your reply. Yes, by default it is using smartports, since that configuration is working fine with the SF200 switch. I disabled the smartport gi5, set VLAN 1U and VLAN 100T, then reboot the SPA504G. But few hours later it started again to reboot.
On the uplink itself (gi25) smartport was already disabled.
