You ever figure this out? My sg550xg-8f8t on FW 2.4.5.71 gives this same error.  Changing out units did not solve the problem. Rebooting the switch fixes the problem for about 48-72 hours, than it reappears.

I am having the same error/issue with brand new CBS350 switches.  It seems to happen when we plug in our Cisco Copper SFP's (SFP-10G-T-X), but does not happen when we plug in the Cisco Fiber SFP's.

So far we have found no solution or statement from Cisco.

the problem reported on OP was different than yours,

what firmware version running, have you checked the compatible matrix does the device support SFP-10G-T-X) ?
