I have 2 SG500s that are running pretty old code and wanted to get them updated. Both are running 1.3.7.18 firmware, but 1 is running 1.3.0.03 boot code and the other is running 1.2.0.12. I know the expected boot code for firmware 1.3.7.18 is 1.3.7.01, but wondering if I can go directly to that version from the current version of boot code. As the code is so old the release notes have been pulled from the website so I can't check them there.
Based on my reading of the 1.4.11.5 release notes, I need to upgrade the boot code to 1.3.7.0.1. Then upgrade the firmware to 1.4.1.3. Then upgrade the boot code to 1.4.0, then upgrade the switch firmware again to 1.4.11.5. Does that sound correct?
