Hi,

it is possible to stack two sg550xg-24f using an "sfp-h10gb-cu" cable , and manage them as a unique switch of 48 ports?

in this case, should i configure a LAG between two port on different switches? (ex xg1 on sw1 and xg1 on sw2) in way to have 20 gb of link.

Thanks

Hi,

Yes, the SFP-H10GB-CU1M/3M/5M is on the list of support modules for SG550XG.

As far as your second question, it depends on what you are trying to achieve. Please note that even if you bundle 2 x 10Gb ports, you won't have 20GB to any one device at a time.

Thanks for the ansewer,

but the question still remains:

If i stack two sg550xg-24, with one cable from the "stack management" menu,

i see a unique appliance of 48 ports? or the second switch  works as back mode?

Hi,
Both devices (or as many as you have in the stack) will be managed under a single IP address as if it was a single unit.

Thank you for replay,

but i don't understand,

I see, one switch with 48 ports? Yes or no?
