Hello,
For a project, I need a 110m length ethernet cable (RJ45) with 10Gb/s speed. As this length is too long, I'm searching an 10Gb/s industrial ethernet switch. I saw Cisco has some but what about the SFP+ transceivers? Do we absolutely need to transform in optic fiber cable?

"absolutely need", hard to say.
Much depends on the quality of the cable and quality of cable installation and EM environment. Further, not using patch cables matters too, I believe.
Another way to avoid fiber is to have the least expensive 10g L2 switch, somewhere "in the middle" to act as a signal repeater/regenerator.

@jean christophe for this kind of requirement, i prefer to use fiber cable with SFP+. also, as Joseph suggested, you can have some switch between if there is possibility.
