2960(Cisco IOS Release 15.2(2)E) disabling POE

per documentation this switch should support POE shutdown feature but in reality I don't have the command available under the interface..

I don't have power inline available, I only have power engery-efficient

and unfortunately I can't upgrade the IOS because I can't disrupt this customer at all.

cisco WS-C2960XR-48TS-I (APM86XXX) processor (revision S0) with 524288K bytes of memory.

I was thinking either I need to use another keyword, or this IOS doesn't support this completely..

That switch, WS-C2960XR-48TS, does not support PoE.
