I am configuring a PoE 3560 and it seems to think that it is a non-PoE model. When I first put the switch in, I plugged a few phones into it. They powered up, registered, etc. I received a call a few days later saying none of the phones would power up. I noticed the "power-deny" message on the ports and also noticed that the switch listed available power as 0.0w. Rebooting the switch didn't correct anything. The switch is in an air-conditioned environment and doesn't seem to have any temperature issues when I look at the temps. I think it may be a bad power supply but I wanted to run it by everyone before contacting TAC because it seems to be powering the switch itself just fine and hasn't gone out completely. The log on the switch didn't reveal any useful errors either.
Here is a copy of the "sh ver" command and a copy of the "sh power inline" command:

Could you try shut/no shut on any one port & see if that resolves the issue for you? There was a bug similar to this & workaround was shut/no shut
If that still doesn't resolve the issue, I would look at "show post" to verify that whether the inline power supply is ok or not?
If it is faulty, you will see following o/p in "show post"
POST: Inline Power Controller Tests : Begin
POST: Found inline power controller write failure, inst 1
POST: Inline Power Controller Tests : End, Status Failed
& if that's the case, you will need to get it replaced.

Amit

Helo Kyle,
Strange issue indeed. Do you believe you could upgrade to a more recent IOS version before performing any other experiments? The one you are running right now is quite outdated. The most recent version should be 15.0(1)SE or its immediate predecessor, 12.2(58)SE2.
Best regards,
Peter

Thanks. The POST showed a failed power controller. I got it RMAed.

Can you post the "sh run int Gi0/18 "? Maybe someone's disabled PoE? Or maybe the power end-point device require >15.4w?

Hi,
If you have physical access to the switch can you please select the PoE mode via the "MODE" button and post the state of the PoE LED. Also will you please post the outputs from "sh int Gi0/18" ("sh int Gi0/24") and "sh env power" commands.
Thanks & Regards,
Antonin
