3650 Local Login Failing

I have 3650 deployed to remote sites and the local login is not authenticating. I adjusted the radius-sever timeout thinking that may be an issue but it still fails to log me in. I also tried debugging aaa authentication but that doesn't show anything.

Is there something else I can check?

can you post the AAA configuraiton to look.

do you have radius and local login setup if the radius fails, fall back to Local ?

Here is my config.

aaa authentication login default group RAD_SVR local

I can authenticate with my aaa login, but the local login is unable to authenticate.

As long as AAA Radius server available, it force to authenticate user from Radius, in case Radius failure it will authenticate Local.
