Question: Why are you STILL using 12.2(50)SE train?
That version is buggy as f*ck.
Your entire stack is 3750v2 and firmware for this model of switch is still available for download. I strongly recommend you use either the latest 12.2(55)SE train or 15.0(2)SE train. Both versions are very, very stable. Download them before Cisco removes the files for good.

Have you upgraded or replaced switch 1 ?
I only suggest my experience to fix the issue short term :
Note : take the running config out of box before you take any further action, safe side.
1. as you described - Maybe if I delete c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE5.bin , it would be enough????
to fix the issue, and reload the switch- make sure you connect console and see if that boot as expected.
2. Long term, make sure you have enough space available and do it in the maintenance window to upgrade since the switch required a reboot.
