I think i need to test this but unfortunately, I don't have any real gear. : (

In this case, can i face any logs or any blocking port?

It will not block anything. But Only Access VLAN will work in this case.

If you configure one port as an access port and the other end as a trunk port, in this case

Only the Access port will be operational, if you want to look at the operations status use the command below

show running interface fas/gig # switchport | inc Operational mode
