Hi everyone,

I need some help from the community. I was configuring a home lab with an AS2509-RJ access server 4 router and 4 switches. The AS start acting up a couple of days ago when I couldn't switch from the devices anymore. I had console access via Putty and I was able to change from R1 to R3 to SW4, etc then once I get access to the first device I couldn't change anymore. I decided to erase startup-config and reload and start from scratch...but it never happened. After reload it didn't come back, it got stuck during boot up. I don't know what to do next. I'm not sure if ios image needs to be loaded. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here is the message

Hi,

Wow, good old 2509-RJ.

Anyway, this router is very very old and there is no more newer IOS for it.

It may help if you unplug it from power completely and wait for about 60 seconds and then turn it back on.

HTH

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I've done it a few times yesterday and left it unplugged until today when I tried again before writing.
