Am unable login cisco catalyst9200L via GUI but able to access via CLI

showing the below error on the browser.

I notice in the OP the error is "no required SSL certificate was sent" So I believe that the suggestion from @Flavio Miranda to use http rather than https is a good suggestion.

If you would really prefer to use https, then the question becomes why the device you are using to access the Cisco is not sending SSL certificate info.

Can you post the configuration from CLI, also let us know what IOS XE code running
