Amber LED Flashing - 3560x

Hello All,

I have to two 3560x switches setup in a LAN.  I am using port 24 (VLAN 1) on both switches using a crossover cable for

Admn control.  Port 24 on one shows shows a continouslyy flashing amber port status LED while the other connection to port 24 of the other

switch is green.  I am able though to communicate with both switches.   I did perform both show interface and show interfaces counter errors

commands on the switch but nothing was obvious indicating a issue.

Any help on why the one port is amber but I can still communicate with the switch?

Hi Madhu,

Not clear on what you are asking here but I did a show vlan for both switches and both
switches state that VLAN 1 is active for port 24.
