Hello everyone,
We have a somewhat strange problem.
Some time ago we deployed a Wifi network with Cisco 2802 APs (managed as AP Group on a WLC 8540) in a company in the city. The company's staff has been reporting to us for a few days that they are experiencing random disconnections from the Wi-Fi connection. The problem affects all types of devices (Windows PC, Linux PC, mobile phones,...) and it seems to happen more often in antennas with a higher density of clients (but far from saturated, around 20-25 clients connected with RSSI around -65). When experiencing this issue, clients only regain connectivity when they forget the SSID on their computer, rescan the available networks, and reconnect by re-entering their access credentials.
A priori, what do you think the problem could be? A malfunction of some AP? What tests do you recommend I perform for troubleshooting? The SSID/WLAN where they connect is WPA2 with 802.1X authentication
Thank you very much in advance

Honestly, I don't know. I will ask my clients and share their response here.
Thank you so much, Leo.

Were they on MS Teams before getting disconnected?
