ARP issue

Having issue with arp, I have to clear arp on my router 2951 to establish connectivity. I have a 2951 with sub-interfaces, one of my sub-interface is connected to my ASA logically as Inside and I configured  a bridge group on my ASA. vlan 215/216 inside outside respectively. No rules on ASA permit any any. Here is my problem I can ping from outside to my BVI IP on ASA. But can't ping my gateway on router until I clear ip arp on router. After a reboot of the PC, I try to ping the gateway again with no success until I clear arp on the router. Before clearing the arp on the router there was an entry for the pc with the correct MAC. None firewall traffic works great.

Can you post the ASA's config, I dont quite follow why you have done the bridge on the ASA as you state. If possible also a picture of the network design,

thanks
