Hi folks. A couple of months back, we updated our Catalyst 9200 switches to 17.06.05. This morning, I had to connect to the console on one; I was able to authenticate (it flashed up a login succesful log), but the console then looped back to the login prompt. Tried again; same result. I figured, oh, I fat-fingered the password; I then deliberately typed the wrong password, hit enter, and the console advised me that my password was wrong, so, okay, this behavior definitely isn't because the password is wrong. I then tried a different switch, one to which I know I've connected on the console shortly before the update; same result. So I'm thinking it's an authorization problem.
I have the same configuration on both switches and I wonder whether someone might give me a pointer as to what I'm doing wrong?
