Does the C1000 Specifically (C1000-48P-4G-L) not support object-groups?

I can see the ability to use an object-group's in an ACL however I cant find where to actually create the initial group.

Switch(config)#ip access-list extended TEST123
Switch(config-ext-nacl)#permit ip ?
A.B.C.D Source address
any Any source host
host A single source host
object-group Source network object group

----

switch(config)#obje?
% Unrecognized command
switch(config)#ip obj?

Hello!

The C1000 uses IOS and not IOS-XE, on which the feature is not supported.
