Good morning everybody and thank you for your time in reading the following.
I am in the process of deploying a couple of C1300-8MGP-2X (named MGP1 and MGP2) which do not use Catalyst OS but something different (hence the struggle). These are currently connected with a 2.5Gb trunk and are located in two wiring closet (more closet than wiring!) in my SOHO residence. I have 2 different Fiber Internet providers arriving with singlemode fiber links terminated to provider ONT and 2.5 Gb ethernet. Up to here all is well. Now the issue is they use untagged packets to manage the ONT (I don't care can discard/ignore) but BOTH of them use VLAN Taggin 835 for the PPPoE and internet traffic (problem!). I need to bring both from fiber arrival (where MGP2 is ) to the router location (where MGP1 is). My idea was to map one of the 835 VLAN to 836 and on the other side do the same BUT entering the command (or trying with the web interface):
MGP1(config-if)#switchport vlan one-to-one 835 836
Cannot create new VLAN mapping one-to-one due to insufficient resource allocation. If needed, please adjust system router resources settings.
MGP1(config-if)#
I cannot find any documentation on how to adjust these "router resource settings" nor any documentation concerning this error.
Any suggestions? Really appreciate your help!.
Fabio

Good morning everybody,
leaving track here so, if somebody else runs into this will have an easier life solving it. Digging int docs I found the two linked below documents concerning the VLAN mapping and the TCAM resource allocation. While those aren't specific to the 1300 series they contain quite some info useful. First of all they explain that the TCAM entries for one VLAN Mapping is 4 .... Now why the config page of the 1300 ask you how many VLAN and then using 8 it does not allocate enough TCAM resources for 2 mapping .... is a mistery. Nevertheless. Once allocated 64 VLAN mapping the command succeded. Switch reboot required.
Cisco please improve docs for C1300! Better yet deploy CAT OS and VTP!
Have a good day you all!

Thank you @Flavio Miranda ,
unfortunately sdm is not supported not in privileged nor in global config mode ...
MGP1#sdm
% Unrecognized command
MGP1#conf term
MGP1(config)#sdm
% Unrecognized command
But! you pointed me in the right direction. With a bit of digging I found under administration web UI the way to do it. After I did it in WEB UI I found the following in global config. Which solves the question.
system resources vlan-mapping-entries 2
But after entering it reloading and trying again ...
MGP1(config-if)#switchport vlan one-to-one 835 836
Cannot create new VLAN mapping one-to-one due to insufficient resource allocation. If needed, please adjust system router resources settings.
MGP1(config-if)#

Some progress made ... further increasing system resources to 8 the switch complained that it could not do on-to-one mapping with STP enabled on the port. So ... spanning-tree disable and then complains that it cannot do one-to-one with routing enabled ... no ip routing. Unfortunately now I have:
VLAN mapping one-to-one resource allocation failed - C-VLAN
Now the Cisco documentation was one of the main reasons I choose Cisco. The command reference docs of this family of switches do not even cover the command. No configuration guides for CLI. If anybody has pointers I'd be glad to dig into it.
Thanks.
