C3560E & 'IP Routing'

Can anyone please assist with an issue I am having with a c3560E

I am trying to enable layer 3 routing on this switch, but the IP routing command is unavailable e.g 'IP ?' doesn't list it. I'm using the "c3560e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE1.bin" image and according to the Cisco Feature Navigator IP routing is available on this model. Can anyone point in the right direction for what im doing wrong???

Hello I have a similar problem but unable to reslove 

I am using an IE-2000-8T67P-G-E (PowerPC405) switch in a ring structure, when i input ip routing command on 1 switch it gives me below error but i see the same command active in another switch at the same time in the same ring structure.Why this command works on 1 switch and not on another , though the type of switch is the same.
