Kindly I need some help to check if the switch C9200L-24P-4G-E can support dynamic VLAN , is it mandatory to have radius server in the environment using 802.1X?

Can i configure VLAN based on dynamic MAC address logging?

As far as I'm aware C9200L-24-4G-E does not support dynamic VLAN's and a radius or TACACS+ server is required for 802.1x.

yes you need Radius or TACACS to make that happen.
