I have two C9200L-24P-4G switches in a stack configuration. I'd like to add one C9200L-24P-4X to the stack. Is it allowed?

All switches in a stack must be of the same switch series. Since both the C9200L-24P-4G and C9200L-24P-4X belong to the Catalyst 9200L family, they are compatible for stacking. Also, must run the same Cisco IOS XE software version

Hello @NUSFETLEN
The C9200 Series Switches provide the flexibility for mixed-mode support between different models in a single stack ring. You can mix switches with different model variants (PoE, data, Multigigabit) and different network modules in the stack; however, it is not possible to mix the 9200 and 9200L models due to different stacking bandwidth.

Yes. As long as they are 9300L, It is Fine
"Cisco Catalyst 9300L Series Switches stack with only Cisco Catalyst 9300L Series Switches as stack members."

You need same Hardware and software match for stacking

BTW, others have answered your question, and usually stackable switches, of the same model series can be stacked, although the requirements of degree of matching hardware, IOS version, its release, its feature set and, possibly, other criteria, can vary. In other words, you really need to always check what's allowed, or not.
As a historical example of how varied/flexible stacking switches can be, the original 3750 series eventually had two different stack cable bandwidths, didn't require matching feature sets, didn't always require matching IOS versions, and had one specific model (3750G-12S) that supported both a common and specific model SDM templates, the latter only usable in a stack of just those specific models.

If it not work, can you update us
Thanks in advance
