C9300-24S When booting up, the system LED keeps blinking green

Hi everyone,

My new device, the C9300-24S, shows a continuously blinking green system light during startup (I’ve waited for up to an hour since powering it on).
I’ve tried using both the USB and RJ45 console ports, but nothing is displayed on the screen.
Could this be a hardware issue preventing the device from loading the OS?
Are there any solutions to resolve this, or is RMA the only option?

@quang-nv hi, blinking led means system is loading. but its unusual if it blinking for hours. if you are not getting anything in console (make sure you use correct console connection/baud rates/healthy console cable) this may be a boot loader issue. better raise TAC case for RMA.

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue

Console into the switch and boot.

Post the entire boot-up process.

I've done that, but there's still no output on the screen. Perhaps I need to proceed with an RMA.

Please confirm that the console terminal is actually working?

I think So RMA best solution here

Hello,

Focus first on confirming console access and ROMMON diagnostics, as these are critical steps for troubleshooting or recovering the device
