C9300 stack 2 of 3 sometimes freeze and need unplug power

Hi I facing big issue

 

I have c9300 stack

 

Switch 1 <master active

Switch 2 <Member active

Switch 3 <Member active

 

2 times Switch2 and Switch3 freezing , After unplug and reboot they back to normal , How to start to troubleshooting

They are Core-Network Switch  , Provide command plz

its better to upgrade OS to latest stable release.

have you collected any logs when this occuring.

 

if the IOS XE 16.X please upgrade to IOS XE 17.3.5 and test again.

I had a similar issue recently and it turned out to be a faulty stacking cable.  It was a weird fault - all L3 functionality stopped, however L2 continued to work.  With 17.3x you can see enhanced details about the stack-port state with the command 'show switch stack-ports detail'.  In my case there were errors on one side of an interface that were incrementing.  The stack would work fine for a period of up to a couple of days and then get in this weird L2 works, L3 doesn't state, the only fix was a reboot.  Replaced the stack cable where the errors were and rebooted and its been fine since.
