I am trying to connect a mobil router with 5 router in diffrent places and diffrent area so i can connect the mobil router where ever i take it in those 5 places 

Please help me with a solution 

Ps the 5 router using the ospf protocol

If i understand correctly, you looking totally roaming solution ( what will be the internet connectvity ? 4g?)

then look for some solution from Meraki - https://meraki.cisco.com/  - they do have interface with 4G, which can connect to Central office, and can be managed using Meraki Cloud.

I have a mobile router on board a car
 This router moves in five differents
 cities and each city has an operations
 center containing router that 
connects that area to a private network
I need this car to use this private network
By connecting to this city routet

Then you need to look 4G solution, if you are sure 4G coverage available.

look at Meraki, also look some 3rd party solution if Meraki not workable solution for you.
