Cannot find "ip pim sparse-mode" in interface config mode

I just recently upgraded a cisco 3750e to the latest IOS version 12.2.(55)SE - UNIVERSAL(IP SERVICES). I already enabled multicast-routing, I entered the ip of the RP and I am trying to enable pim sparse-mode on an interface. The command is not there. The only option that I have is "ip pim passive". What am I doing wrong? Thank you!
