Catalyst 2960G-24TC-L All GigabitEthernet is Missing(Help me ! please)

Hello Guys,

   Please help me!

My Cisco Catalyst 2960G-24TC-L is broken.Yes,I think it's broken.

   1.Always dispaly : “ !!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!! ”

                   “Unable to create l2trace server process, socket_open() failed”.

    2.All GigabitEthernet is missing .

Contact Cisco TAC

Its seems some hardware issue.

  It's a switch hardware failure issue , call cisco and get it replaced...

The 2960G has a limited lifetime warrenty.  This is a common problem and can only be remedied by Calling in and requesting a replacement.  There is no way to get around this error.  This is more than likely a hardware related issue.

The 2960G has a limited lifetime warrenty.

Not all of the 2960G is covered.  It depends on the date of manufacture.
