Catalyst 2960L don't have a command "service unsupported-transceiver"

Hello.

I tried to typing command "service unsupported-transceiver" before connect 3rd Party SFP.

But I only have command errors.

Catalyst 2960L don't have a command "service unsupported-transceiver"?

If we use Cisco SFP, it is solved easily.. but we will losing money for 3rd party SFP...

Are there solutions for this situation..?

(My switch is Catalyst 2960L-48TS Lan Lite)

What is the IOS version? Have you tried "no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid "?

Also for your information that this command has moved under interface level. So try under the interface also.

I already tried "no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid" and "service unsupported-transceiver".
I checked interfaces status using command "show int status", I checked interface status OK.
I tried command on configuration terminal. For example,
(conf)#service unsupported-transceiver
I tried these commands other Cisco catalyst 3750, 3750 is working well.
But only 2960L don't have "service unsupported-transceiver" command.
SFP isn't working. I checked these SFPs working on other cisco switches.

My Cisco 2960L IOS Version
c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E2b

No. I gave up that resolving this issue.

We used Cisco proprietary SFP, not 3rd party SFP.

Because of the below version, those commands will not gong to work, you need a minimum base version to work.

(My switch is Catalyst 2960L-48TS Lan Lite)

so you can use either of the below commands to support :

service unsupported-transceiver  

or

no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid

No. Cisco Catalyst 2960 Series Switches cannot be upgraded from LAN Lite to LAN Base and cannot be downgraded from LAN Base to LAN Lite
