I have update Catalist 2960x switch with latest firmware and its web interface is not working. Screenshots attached. What could be the problem.

Because someone "upgraded" the IOS by manually copying the BIN file to the switch and the HTML files are not compatible or not included.

in this folder if you have - html folder  -

Then probably you have configuration issue.

can you post show run  | in http   - do you see http config - if not follow below instructions.

config t 

username balaji privilege 15 password balaji123

ip domain-name bb.com

crypto key generate rsa general-keys mod 2048

ip http server

ip http secure-server

ip http authentication local

end

from PC then try https://switchip  (thinking that you already configured IP address on switch)
