Catalyst 3560 SYSTEM light on and Freeze

Good Morning,

I have a Cisco Catalyst 3560 PoE-24 that when i turn on stay the SYSTEM light on green and i can't connect to the witch not even with serial cable. Please i need a Solution

HI,

Is that serial cable means console cable? If yes what do you see on the screen?

Can you try to break it in rommon and see if it responds there?

Sorry yes is a console cable, I don't see anything. Don't have conection with the switch! 

I tried to dit but it but doesn't respond.
