In the Cisco Catalyst 9300 series, the decoder SKU is typically represented by the fifth character in the product model number.
Regarding your example, C9300-48UN:
The "U" in the SKU stands for UPOE, which means the switch supports Universal Power Over Ethernet and can deliver up to 60 watts of power per port.
The "N" in the SKU indicates the switch has Network Advantage licensing, which provides advanced enterprise services such as enhanced security, application visibility, and network analytics.
Note that the decoder SKU may vary depending on the specific model and configuration of the switch. You can find more information on the decoder SKU and product model numbers in the Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series Switches data sheet, available on Cisco's website.
