CB350 Won't let me add dhcp options

In the GUI under dhcp options I enter the code "3" but a get an error that says Selected option cannot be configured by user.

Its a Cisco Business 350 switch

Default Router IP Address (Option 3) can be set when you add/edit Network Pools or Static Hosts.
