CISCO 2960 Switch - Hardware component is in warning or critical state

We have the Cisco Switch of S/N FCW1932A20H under smart-net care, it has been in a critical state due to A hardware component triggered by Gi1/0/27 Bias Current Sensor and subslot 0/0 transceiver 2 Rx Power Sensor.

I would like to get advice from the community on how to resolve this issue.
