Cisco 3650 PoE switch, operational status is showing off

Cisco 3650 PoE switch, - POE is not working. 

Troubleshooting :

Tried reloading the switch & enabled disabled PoE.

after enabling power inline command also , but showing it in operational status. 

Kindly suggest.

Cisco switch by default providing the maximum 15.4 watts - As per IEEE standard. But in this snap, it displayed 30watts.

If you think all the ports in that switch not getting power, then i can think of power stack / RPS.

but you have mentioned some ports are working, some not.

why not log a TAC case investigate, also if possible check physical stack cables and see if you can find anything.

since the original ticket not have full information here.
