Cisco 3850 Upgrade issue Install mode - Fuji ver

Hi All,

I need help in upgrading the Cisco 3850-48. 

Current Running version:

Trying to do:

Note: I have upgraded other Cisco 3850 same model with the same image. They were successful as I'm not new to this.

I've seen this error message before. This is error message usually pops up in 3.6.X and 3.7.X and when the switch has a very high uptime (>1 year).
There are two options to choose from: 

1. Reboot the switch/stack and repeat the Install Mode update; or 
2. Change the boot variable string to point to the new firmware (Bundle Mode), reboot the switch and then do the Install Mode

Can you please check if the .bin file on flash is corrupted?

This happened to me 1 out of 5000 switches. This is a sign of a hardware failure. I replaced the switch and RMA it.
