Cisco 9300 switch - not booting and not coming in rommon mode

We have an Cisco 9300L-48P-4G switch. While connecting to switch through console screen coming blank. Even the switch is not booting and also not accessing in rommon mode. several time reset the switch but the problem remain same.

Kindly suggest how to resolve the issue.

Switch Model Number : C9300L-48P-4G

Switch IOS :  Cisco IOS XE Software Version : 17.03.05

 If you connect to another switch with your PC and cable does It Works? Just trying to eliminate cable, USB, console problem.

 IOS XE use different speed for console cable.

what is the LED status from of the status : check the LED status meaning below document.

The console port and Management port next each other make sure you plugged in right port to get cosole outcome.
