Cisco C9500 Probleme

Hello there, could someone help me with an issue I'm experiencing with the Cisco C9500 switch? Following a recent complaint, I investigated and discovered that the switch stack is currently in ROMMON mode. I attempted to boot from a USB flash drive containing an image, but it continued to reboot into the same ROMMON mode. Upon running the command "show bootflash:", I received a message indicating that the media drive was not found. I'll provide screens to illustrate the situation further. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

As you mentioned this switch part of SVL

can you post output from other switch?

show version

dir bootflash:/

show switch

(also can you remove all the connections and boot (post complete boot logs in  TEXT file no screenshot to help you)
