Cisco Catalyst 1000 crashing/rebooting

Hi

I have a cisco catalyst 1000 8 port 2G-l

The switch has been rebooting randomly for the past weeks/months

I upgraded the switch to firmware 15.2(7)E4 as it's supposed to fix the issue but it is still happening.

Anyone had the same issue and found the way to fix this?

Some time Cisco mentioned that it was fixed it also appears on other fixed version also,

2 Options,

1. Try different fixed version

2. raise an TAC case investigate for you.

 - Do you have any logs when this happens or crash dump ?  Or use a syslog server for capturing logs , sometimes last gasp info's may provide a clearer context. Also connect to device with https://cway.cisco.com/cli trough SSH , at the top right  you can run Crashdump Analyzer and at the left you have System Diagnostics.
