Hi,
I´m using CNA version 6.2 to manage a network that includes 2960X-24PS, 2960X-48LPS, 2960CX-8PS and 2960XR switches models.
When I create VLANs using 'Configure -> Switching -> VLANs -> Configure VLANs' tab, it fails on 290-48LPS and 2960CX-8 models. No error messange and no crash, it just doesn´t create the VLANs.
As workaround, I have to create the VLANs using CLI. Then, I can manage VLAN things using CNA normally.
I don´t find this issue in the release notes or in the bug tracker. Is it recognise as a know issue? Is there any patch to fix it?
Thanks in advanced!

Hi everyone,
I found some other issues while configuring the switches frome CNA:
- cannot create VLANs in 2960X-48LPS switches from CNA
- cannot create VLANs in 2960CX-8 switches from CNA
- cannot create VLANs in 3560CX-12 switches from CNA
- in switches 2960XR smartport roles on SFP ports are mapped wrong. When you configure SFP ports from CNA, configuration is done over Gi0/1-4 instead Gi1/1-4.
Are these issues knows in CNA 6? How they could be solved?
Any comment would be appreciated!

Hello,
looking at the release notes for CNA, it appears to be a problem with the IOS version running on the 2960X: Which version are your switches running?
CSCut28654 (Applies to Cisco Catalyst 2960-X and Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX switches)
Configuring VLAN using Network Assistant is resolved in Cisco IOS XE Release 3.6.6E, Cisco IOS XE Release 16.5.1 and Cisco IOS releases 15.2(5)E1, 15.2(6)E or later.
